I need to admit this, other than boiling spaghetti and broccoli and then heating up the pasta sauce for lunch, I haven't really cooked in my life. But my colleague Edwin has been reassuring that it's very easy to cook with Happy Call pan and since it's Mother's Day soon, that gave me the courage to try cooking my mother's favourite dish - Steak done medium rare!
