Suggested Maintenance of Pan

To maintain the pan in its optimum condition, remove silicon gasket and clean with a soft brush to remove food residues. You may also try boiling water over the pan and gently scrub the residues away. It should be removed easily. 

Once every 4-6 months, you may also rub some lemon or vinegar in the inside of the pan and warm over low heat for a few minutes, rinse and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid metal scrubs as it may scratch the non-stick surface of the pan.
