It is however pretty hard for some women to style their hair into their desired style because of the shape of their head and the texture of their hair.
With this mix-perm, you no longer have to worry about styling your hair every morning to achieve that salon look. This mix-perm technique can let you achieve the desired hairstyle as different types of perms are done on different parts according to your hair structure.
Recommendation
Bob hairstyle with a longer front. Layer the hair from the back of the head to the sides of the face. Apply a mild perming lotion and roll on the perming rods from the hair end to mid-length, creating a “C” curl. This gives the feeling of a natural style.
Styling
Towel dry hair to remove most of the moisture. Focus on blowing at the roots with a hairdryer till half-dry. Apply styling wax to the roots of the hair and create an airy texture with your fingers.
Recommendation
Cut the bangs to around the eye area and layer the hair at the top to the head with lower layers to create body. While keeping the weight of the hair ends, use the carve cut technique to give more movement to the hair. Lastly, apply big “S” curls at the hair ends to create a voluminous style.
Styling
Pat dry the hair with towel and focus the hairdryer at the roots of the hair. Create more body to the top of the hair and with styling wax, apply to the hair ends.
Recommendation
Maintaining thickness to the ends of the hair, cut some thick layers at the top of the head. Texturize the hair around the chin area. From mid-length to the hair end, perm some “S” curls to create a gentle waved look.
Styling
Using curling tong or hot rollers, create volume at the top of the head. Spray on styling wax to the hair ends to style and set the hair, thus changing up the style.
